Q: May I get a sample and how long will it take to delivery?
A. Yes,We can offer you one or two sample for quick quality check. However you need to pay for the shipping fee. When you place order to us, we will cut off the sample shipping fee at the total cost.

A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carbon mark, your language etc.

A: Price term of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU are acceptable.
-For bulk order, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.

A:If you have forwarder,we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment.Like DHL, UPS, Fedex, and TNT are acceptable.
