A: yes, we offer sample for quality check. Considering electric bike as big item with  certain  value, we don't offer free sample and transportation fee is not contained in sample price.

Q. How can I control the Quality of the goods?

A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased we will test out before using; secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; last but not least, we check all the performance after fully assembled including road testing before packing.

Q: About shipment

A: If you have forwarder, we can sent the cargo to your forwarder. If not, Gravity will recommend you suitable

shipping methods, such as by courier, air or sea shipment .Like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT are acceptable.

Q. How can I get a Sample and how long will it take?

A: Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and courier. About 7 days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.

Q. How can I control the Quality of the goods?

A: Our QC term is professional to ensure our quality product and continuous marketing, your satisfaction is our power for development. You can arrange the 3rd party inspection company for inspection, after production finished.

Q: What's the Lead Time if I place an order?

A : For sample, it generally takes 1-2 working days, 5-10 days for more than 50pcs order, and it takes 7-10 days to arrival by Express.

Q: What's the Warranty Term?

A : We provide 12 months warranty. If any quality problems with our products during this period, you can send back for replacement or refund. The shipping cost is on our account.

Q: What Shipping Way is better for us?

A : For small order, express will be the best, it is fast and convenient for both of us, as for bulk order, air way would be better but you need collect them from Airport. For urgent orders, we suggest express, goods send to your hands directly.
